Commonwealth Challenge Competition

The Commonwealth Challenge was judged last night, Tuesday 5th December 2006, with 20 slides each submitted by EPC, the Christchurch Photographic Society of New Zealand, and the Highcliffe & Infinity Camera Club of the UK. The judge was Steven Wigg.

Our President, Peter Phillips, commented before the competition that, since the English cricket team had just lost the second Ashes Test here in Adelaide today, perhaps the Highcliffe & Infinity club can get some revenge by winning the Commonwealth Challenge. You guessed it, they did.

The final tally was: EPC 142 points, Christchurch 143 points, and Highcliffe 146 points. The top slide, which was the only one scoring a 10, was by Peter Cheung of EPC. Well done Peter.
